Aliante is almost 1170 acres and is planned for over 7000 homes and 20,000 residents at completion. Cadence is a 2,200-acre master planned community planned for 13,250 homes, over one million square feet of commercial property, 30 acres of trails, six schools, and a casino resort. Schools, shops and restaurants in the community, along with 450 acres of open space, including parks, pools, and trails, 50-acre central park, amphitheater, pickleball and a bike-share program.
Inspirada is a 1,900-acre project that is planned for 11,500 residences when complete. The park system is one of the defining features here, with 85 acres of parks and trails planned. Community events are varied and inviting to residents of all ages.
Lake Las Vegas is a 2,245 acre destination resort with two marinas, hotels and a European-style village with shops and restaurants. The residences are in 19 distinct neighborhoods including custom home sites, courtyard villas, waterfront and golf villas, resort condominiums, luxury executive homes, and courtyard town homes. The architectural designs throughout Lake Las Vegas are based on a Mediterranean theme, featuring a 320 acre man made lake. Developed with an emphasis on privacy and serenity, the homes at Lake Las Vegas feature panoramic views of the lake, the resort’s world-class golf courses and surrounding desert mountains, as well as the twinkling lights of the Las Vegas Strip.
Mountain’s Edge is a 3,500-acre community that calls for 14,500 homes in more than 22 neighborhoods that will include multiple schools, stores, office space, and shopping centers. Mountain’s Edge features about 500 hundred acres of land devoted to open spaces, parks, and trail systems. It was developed as the region’s first drought-tolerant community, estimated to save over 200 million gallons of water annually vs. traditional grass sod landscaping. For example, a park at the community’s entrance was revegetated with 10,000 native yucca and creosote plants in keeping with the area’s natural habitat. Community amenities include neighborhood parks and a clubhouse with two swimming pools, a spa, a kitchen and party room, basketball court, playground, workout areas and barbecue facilities.
Providence is a 1,200-acre master planned community that will ultimately include about 7,500 single and multifamily homes in 39 different neighborhoods. Includes acres of parks, and a trails, community center. Located near schools, shopping, dining and freeway access.
Rhodes Ranch is a gated community that is divided into distinct neighborhoods, featuring 5,000 homes, all situated around the impressive 6,909 yard lushly landscaped Rhodes Ranch golf course. Rhodes Ranch community features state of the art amenities, including a 35,000-square-foot community recreation center, exercise equipment, racquetball, outdoor pool and access to public and private schools, convenient access to stores and restaurants.
Skye Canyon is on 1,700 acres and is planned for 9,000 homes. The centerpiece is the 15 acre Skye Canyon Park, which includes the Skye Center and Skye Fitness. Skye Center, at 8,000 sq. ft., includes meeting rooms and The Skye Bistro, overlooking the pool, splash pad and park. Skye Fitness is almost 10,000 sq. ft. of exercise equipment, a yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, multi-use sports field, basketball court and juice bar. There is also a Skye Kids Club.
Summerlin is the largest master planned community in Las Vegas, covering 22,500 acres. It is also the fastest selling master planned community in the United States. There will eventually be 30 villages, each with a separate and distinct character. Over 30,000 homes have been built and there will be over 64,000 homes when the project is finished. More than 100,000 people already live there and enjoy the beautifully landscaped streets, numerous parks, community centers and hiking and biking trails.
Tuscany Village is situated around a 6906 yard lushly landscaped 18 hole golf course designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson and is expected to have more than 2100 homes at completion. Amenities include a state-of-the-art recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, a 35,000 sq. ft. recreation center with clubhouse, workout facility, billiards room, basketball court, racquetball/handball courts, tennis courts, lagoon pool and lap pool. Private lessons and group classes are available. Six acres of parks, playgrounds and dog parks and miles of walking trails.
